Triplex Systems Shell Removal Conveyors
Triplex Systems through years of experience has developed an innovative method for removing ceramic shell material from our Waterjet Casting Cleaning Centers and already existing cleaning systems. The Conveyor is a zero leakage shell removal system, that will not make a mess of your factory floor. The Conveyor continuously removes shell material from large chunks to particles as fine as beach sand. The Conveyors main horizontal trough is designed to be a water retention reservoir that has multiple functions. The primary function of the reservoir is to capture the investment shell material removed and capture the water used during the Waterjet Cleaning process. The secondary function of the Conveyor reservoir is to manage the two process streams, particulate and discharge water. The particulate shell material is discharged out the discharge chute on the Conveyor and is dispensed into a hopper. The discharge water is continuously drained at a weir port on the side of the Conveyor and sent to water treatment. Triplex Systems Conveyors are available in standard or custom configurations as shown in the photographs.
