TRIPLEX SYSTEMS, INC. HIGH PRESSURE PUMP UNITS
Triplex Systems, Inc., provides high pressure pump units that are built to last and repairable for years of service. The Triplex (3) plunger design delivers the flow rate of water and pressure necessary to effectively remove the ceramic from the metal castings. The Triplex High Pressure Pump Units are provided mounted on a heavy duty tubular frame base, complete with the electric motor, belt drive, and belt guard.
The units provided are fitted with a high volume suction accumulator, inlet pressure switch and discharge pressure gauge and high pressure rupture disc assemblies for over pressure protection. The units are compatible with Triplex Systems High Pressure Waterjet Casting Cleaning Centers. The high pressure pump units are typically sized to the application and can range from 75 to 150 horsepower. Our standard units operate at 75 horsepower and deliver 7 gallons per minute at 15,000 psi. Our 25 years experience with high pressure pump technology and the proper installation and water management to the high pressure pumps, is the reason our systems outlast others in the industry.
