In a Knock-Out Work Cell
This video demonstrates the application of the "Gator" Abrasive Wheel Cut-Off Saw in a Ceramic and Gate Removal Work Cell. The Work Cell consists of the Model G20 "Gator" Abrasive Wheel Cut-Off Machine, an ergonomic lift device and a mechanical Knock-Out Machine. The video demonstrates the "Gator's" versatility in cut-off operations. The "Gator" is the only remote controlled cut-off machine in the world, that can cut in any X-Y or Z axis, can cut castings inline to the wheel and infinity adjustable for diagonal to horizontal to the wheel cutting. The video also demonstrates secondary cut-off application, showing large gating easily removed by clamping the individual castings.
